Why most AI training doesn't stick
Generic demos show someone else's work in someone else's tool. People nod, go back to their desks, and nothing changes. Adoption happens when the session starts from what your people actually do all week and what they're actually allowed to use.
How it works
1. Survey
Six minutes per person. Twelve questions: roles, approved tools, comfort level, the tasks that eat their week, the rules they work under, and what would make it a win.
2. Tailored build
I turn the answers into an agenda, hands-on exercises built on your team's real recurring tasks, and a one-page "allowed, not allowed, ask first" guardrails sheet.
3. The session
At least half of it is hands-on. Everyone leaves with prompts that work on their own tasks and one commitment.
4. 30-day plan
A week-by-week adoption plan, a shared prompt library starter, and a day-30 check-in with a short pulse survey, so you can see what changed.

Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or an internal tool. If nothing is approved yet, we start with the policy conversation and practice in a way that is safe today. No tool purchase is required.

FAQ
Do we need to buy any tool?
No. We use what you already allow.
What about our data?
Survey answers are anonymized before any AI sees them. Retention terms are confirmed in writing before the survey goes out. Please don't put confidential information in the survey.
Can you do it on-site?
Yes, for the half-day format, with travel scheduled in advance.
What if only some people answer the survey?
We need about half the attendees to answer. Below that, we ask your sponsor for a quick nudge and design for the roles we do hear from.
