This page covers drjonesy.com, the intake forms and the booking links. The RACEprompt, QuietPulse and F3 apps have their own policies: RACEprompt privacy policy.

What I collect

Forms on this site (contact, sprint brief, free sample prototype, AI roadmap, stack audit, education code request) collect the details you type: name, email, company, and what you tell me about your workflow. My server also records your IP address, country and the page you came from. The free sample prototype form stores your answers so I can build the sample.

How it is stored and used

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare storage tied to this site and emailed to me through Resend. I use them to reply to you and to build what you asked for. I do not sell them. Please do not put confidential or personal data about other people in a form.

Booking and payments

Booking links open Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Card payments are handled by Stripe; I never see your card number.

Hosting, analytics and cookies

The site runs on Cloudflare. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts. I could not confirm any other third-party analytics; if that changes, this page will be updated.

Retention and your choices

Form records are kept for up to one year, then expire. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email me@drjonesy.com and I will respond within one business day.
