Sprint Terms

Audits and Sprints are fixed scope and fixed price. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Workshops are 50% to book the date and 50% after the session.

Back-half guarantee. If, on the readout call, you and your stakeholders agree the prototype does not warrant further investment, the final 50% is not due and you keep the prototype and the learnings. The guarantee covers the Prototype Sprint and Full Sprint only, and it applies to the final payment, not the kickoff payment.

Scope changes are agreed in writing before work starts. You own the code, prompts and documents delivered.
