Is your AI strategy procurement-ready?
A 30-minute self-serve scorecard. Built for federal CIOs, AI program leads, and primes who need to prove maturity before the next solicitation lands.
Federal AI guidance moves faster than internal teams can adapt.
Every quarter brings new memos, new clauses, new audit expectations. NIST AI RMF, OMB M-25-22, FedRAMP rev 5, FAR Part 39 updates, the DoD Responsible AI Strategy. Your team is shipping. Your procurement office is asking questions you do not yet have clean answers for.
You are buying AI, not building it.
You signed a contract that includes "AI-augmented" language. Now compliance wants to know what that means in practice, who owns the data, and whether the model is FedRAMP authorized. There is no internal scorecard to point to.
You are bidding work that mentions AI.
The solicitation asks for AI maturity, governance evidence, and FAR/DFARS posture. You can write the prose. You cannot show a number, a delta, or a defensible roadmap. This assessment gives you that artifact.
7 dimensions. 100 points. 1 defensible artifact.
196 questions, 28 per dimension, scored 0 to 5. Output is a 12-page strategic report with a radar chart, a 90-day roadmap, FTE replacement math, and a SBIR/FedRAMP alignment recommendation.

Dr. Renaldo "Jonesy" Jones, PMP
I run a small business in the federal AI space. PhD in Strategic Leadership, PMP-certified, program director for pipeline integrity at a large industrial energy enterprise, and the builder of three shipped consumer apps used by federal employees and contractors today.
The federal pipeline is live. SBC ID and UEI are registered. I write publicly about AI in federal program work at @therealdrjonesy. The RACE framework that powers RACEprompt is the same structure I use to scope the questionnaire and the report.
My posture: lead with AI, not hype. The score is the score. The roadmap is the roadmap. You get the artifact, not a sales pitch.
Common questions.
Who is the assessment built for?
Federal CIOs, CTOs, AI program leads, capture managers, and SBIR/STTR teams at primes, integrators, and small businesses bidding federal work. If your work touches FAR, DFARS, FedRAMP, or NIST AI RMF, this is for you.
How long does the assessment take?
The questionnaire takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete. The report is delivered as a 12-page PDF within 24 hours of submission. Watchtower customers get the call scheduled within 3 to 5 business days.
Is the data shared or benchmarked publicly?
Your individual report is confidential. Watchtower benchmarking is anonymized and aggregated across customers. No PII is retained beyond the assessment period. The assessment is informational, not legal advice.
Can multiple people from my team submit?
Each license is for one organization, one assessment instance. Volume discounts apply at 5 or more assessments. Email me if your prime or program office wants an org-wide rollout.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 72 hours if you have not started the questionnaire. Once you submit, the report is generated and delivered, so refunds at that point are case by case. Watchtower can be cancelled anytime, prorated.
Want it embedded in a longer engagement?
The assessment is the entry point. If your program needs an embedded AI lead on retainer, the same scorecard runs underneath an Advisory engagement. Same data. Same rigor. Quarterly cadence.
