Describe one stuck process. What triggers it, what data moves, where it ends up. Keep it tight — 200–1000 chars. Example: "Sales rep submits intake form → we want it auto-classified by deal size, routed to the right channel in Slack, and logged in Salesforce as a new opportunity."

Concrete success criteria. The thing that, if the prototype does it, makes you go "ok this is real."

Paste a CSV preview, JSON snippet, or describe the data shape. No real PII please — redact names, emails, account numbers. Synthetic or scrubbed only.

Fineprint: one prototype per company. I personally build every one — if my queue is full when you submit, I’ll come back to you within 48 hours with an ETA. Sample data is used only to build the prototype and is never shared. Real PII gets deleted on receipt.
